Join us for the Fourth Annual Fort2Fort Bicycle Ride from historic Fort Worden State Park located in beautiful Port Townsend, Washington for a supported tour along quiet roads through scenic Jefferson County to either Old Fort Townsend (a Fun Ride of 17 miles roundtrip or a more challenging 42 mile loop) or Fort Flagler (62 miles round trip for a metric century!).

All Proceeds Benefit Fort Worden State Park

This ride benefits the The Friends of Fort Worden State Park, a not-for-profit group that supports the park through volunteer activities and fund raising for projects not funded by the state parks system. Scenery

Fort Worden State Park is a 433-acre multi-use park with 11,020 feet of saltwater shoreline and a wide variety recreational opportunities. The park rests on a high bluff overlooking Puget Sound. Many historic buildings remain at this 19th-century military fort, which is located in historic Port Townsend, a National Historic Landmark Victorian community.

The community of Port Townsend, with its Victorian architecture, is as varied as the geography that surrounds it. From recreation in the Olympic Mountains to downtown shopping, the reflection of life here is both connected to the land and to the people. Discovery Bay, the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Port Townsend Bay surround the city as it sits at the northeast end of the Quimper Peninsula.

Clothing Drop for Metric Century Riders

A clothing drop will be available at the Fort Flagler Rest Stop. Gear bags will be transported for Century riders to the finish line. Riders will have access to belongings at the McCurdy Pavilion, the end of the metric century ride. Gear bags will be provided.

Emergency Bike Repair

Need last minute minor adjustments or repairs? Bike repair will be open from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the start line at the McCurdy Pavilion in Fort Worden for minor adjustments and repairs. SAG van support will be on all routes.

Aid Stations

There will be three fully-manned aid stations enroute for the Metric Century, two for the Challenge Loop and one for the Fun Ride. All will provide water and great food. Riders will be greeted and catered to by volunteers from the Friends of Fort Worden, Fort Flagler and Old Fort Townsend.

Massage

Fifteen minute massages will be available for purchase at the finish line.

Finish Line Festival

After the ride, join us for RIDEFEST in the McCurdy Pavilion and listen to local musical talent on-stage while sipping a cool libation in our Beer garden.
